Remember on a simplified letter there are no salutations on it and you always need to have a subject line.

On your second page of the letter you must write the name of the recipient, the page number and the date.

Blind Copy February 21, 2008

When creating letters, you may have to create blind copies to send to people other than the original recipient.  On the original letter, do not type in the blind copy recipients.  You will include the blind copy names on the letter for the blind copy recipient.

Sometimes when constructing a letter you will need to make notations when you are including something with the letter or are sending a copy of the letter to someone.  Look at the examples below to give you some help with this.
